REDDITCH United kick-off their Southern League Premier Division campaign at home to Cambridge City on Saturday before another home match against Chippenham Town on Monday (7.45pm).

Liam McDonald’s side enjoyed a superb second half to the 2013/14 campaign which included winning the Worcestershire Senior Cup and will be looking for a bright start this time around.

The Reds drew 1-1 against Conference North outfit Solihull Moors in an entertaining friendly at the Valley Stadium on Saturday as substitute Edwin Ahenkorah grabbed a second half equaliser.

On Tuesday the impressive Reds took a 2-0 lead against a youthful Cheltenham Town side through an Ashley Sammons penalty and a Jermaine Hylton effort, but the League Two visitors drew level thanks to strikes from Harry Williams and Adam Powell.
