THE REMAINDER of the Southern League Premier Central campaign may be hanging by a thread, but the situation has not stopped Redditch United adding to their squad.
Matt Clarke has swooped to sign full-back Lewis Hudson from Midland League Premier Division outfit Coventry United.
A Coventry United spokesman said: “All of us would like to thank Huddy for his time at the club and wish him all the best.”
Hudson made 71 appearances for the club – scoring two goals.
His arrival at the Trico Stadium follows the departure of talented left-back Branden Horton who has been recalled from his loan by League One promotion hopefuls Doncaster Rovers.
Reds boss Clarke said: “Branden has been an excellent player for us. Hopefully he goes on to have a very good career.”
