REDDITCH hosted the first Great Britain squad session ever to be staged in the Midlands ahead of October’s World Games.
Sunday’s session was hosted by Sensei Dave Treadwell from Furi Sutairu Shotokan. All students worked extremely hard as GB squad members from Furi Sutairu, Coventry and Norwich took part.
This was the first of new monthly sessions Sensei Treadwell will coach leading up to games in London later this year. Athletes start off with basic hand and leg work and move on to more advanced techniques in and out of the ring and on the bags.
