SHIHAN Dave Treadwell and Cleo McFarlane, from Team Furi Sutairu Karate Federation in Redditch, won a combined five medals representing England at the GB Open.
McFarlane won gold in creative kata and weapon kata while she also took silver in individual kata to come away with three medals in total.
And Shihan Treadwell won gold in kata (18-35 years) and silver in kata (35-44 years).
Both McFarlane and Treadwell are part of the England squad for 2025.
