NORTH East Worcestershire Ravens were left frustrated when Saturday’s scheduled visitors Boston pulled out of the fixture, but Ravens’ juniors did take centre stage at a festival in Telford.
The seniors, who also tried unsuccessfully to arrange a friendly against Leamington Royals, are due to return to Midlands Division One action on Saturday at Derby.
Ravens U15s were edged out by two points against Telford, but displayed plenty of skill throughout.
The U13s played two Welsh teams and were beaten in both games but did defeat Telford 7-2.
