THERE will be a rugby revolution at Redditch Rugby Club tonight (Tuesday).
The Revolution is a mixed touch rugby team which trains at the Bromsgrove Road club and is the elite mixed offering for non-contact rugby at the club.
The female-only touch team is the Queenfishers featuring Olivia Jones who featured for England at this year’s Touch World Cup in Malaysia.
Jones, who also plays for the Revolution at elite level, is hoping to attract more faces to the club for all forms of rugby, not just touch.
Men’s contact and junior contact rugby at Redditch are both seeking new faces, as are the women’s only Queenfishers touch team and Revolution mixed touch side.
Jones said: “The Revolution are hosting this event and we intend to signpost anyone who attends to the relevant divisions for a taster session.”
