REDDITCH United Cross reached the final of the BSA Cup thanks to a 2-1 victory over Beoley Village in which Lee Bourke and Andy Lakin netted for the victors and Sean Meek struck for Beoley.

SSS Lions moved into the last four with a thumping 7-0 win over CBH Fasteners through Brendan Hicks’ hat-trick and goals from Phil Sargent, Jay Gifford, Marc Jovanovic and an own goal.

Matt Rowland (2), Richard Tyler and Billy O’Mahoney found the net as Studley Lions beat Astwood 4-0 to reach the semis of the Jim Fleeman Cup and Norton Athletic are also through to the last four after seeing off VKL United 4-3.

Lewis Houghton, Bungani Lunga, Leyton Shields and Marcel Insular scored for Norton and Dan Hill, Sam Osmond and Ste Spencer were on target for VKL.




Feckenham Sunday made progress in the Bromsgrove Charity Minor Cup with a routine 6-1 success over Cofton Old Boys in which Robbie Davies netted a hat-trick and Jack Dawkins (2) and Ryan Young also scored for the victors.

The only league game of the day brought a 4-2 win for South Redditch over SCC Redolence as Connor Poole (2), Adam Blake and Shane Kelleher scored for South Redditch and Scott Harris and Luke Bryan did likewise for SCC.


South Redditch climbed two places to sixth as a result of their victory.
