CBH FASTENERS earned their first points since the Redditch & South Warwickshire Combination divisional split as they defeated New Woodland Cottage 3-0 in the Premier Division through goals from Gary Walker (2) and Robbie Davies.

In Division One, second placed AFC Lions moved themselves one step closer to the top flight by beating Redditch Cross 3-1 thanks to goals from Tommy Williams, Liam Dawson and Robert Burkus. Lee Bourke scored for Cross.

There was a ten-goal thriller in Division Two as leaders Studley Swan saw off VKL United 7-3 despite goals from Sam Osmond (2) and Tom Powell for VKL.

Austin Ex-Apprentices secured their place in another final – this time the BRT Terry Cup – as they defeated Golden Cross 9-0 in the semi-final as Andy Nicol (5), Josh Westwood (2), Stephen Thorn and Sam Griffin netted.




Austin will face New Woodland Cottage in the final on Thursday, May 11 (7pm) at Studley FC.

Austin won last Thursday’s Keith Turner Cup final 5-1 against Golden Cross thanks to goals from Jake Walton (2), Nicol, Liam Spink and Josh Westwood. Rhys Whitehouse scored for Cross.
