A GROUP of youngsters in Redditch dressed in Halloween costumes snatched a mobile phone on the evening of October 31.
At around 10am, the gang of three or four youths on Lodge Road stole the phone, snatching if from the hands of the victim.
ELSEWHERE in Redditch, vandals also struck on Halloween, throwing a brick through the front window of a house in Lodge Park.
At around 7.52pm, the criminals lobbed a house brick through the window on Crabtree Close, smashing it.
