POLICE are appealing for witnesses following an incident on Foxlydiate Crescent, Redditch which occurred at around 2.15pm on Sunday, August 12.
Officers say an elderly woman was involved in the incident with a dog and fell to the ground.
She remains in hospital with serious head injuries.
