FIVE Year 12 students at Tudor Grange Academy Redditch have made it through to the final team round of the prestigious BASE competition run by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
This is the third time students have gained success in the competition having already competed in the final twice.
The youngsters will now be allocated a chartered accountant to act as their mentor and who will include a school visit to meet the group and discuss their business ideas.
Students must present their final ideas to a panel via video interview before finding out if they have been successful in reaching the final in June.
Principal Jodie Bolter said: “Our business studies students consistently do well in national competitions and it is a true reflection of their hard work, dedication and resilience. I am so proud of their achievements and I’m looking forward to another success in the final.”
