Touching tribute to be paid at skatepark in memory of Redditch man

A TOUCHING tribute will be paid to Redditch man Bradley Reuben at the town’s skatepark tomorrow (Saturday, December 7).

The BMX-enthusiast, described as ‘kind’ and ‘full of energy’, died after his motorbike collided with a lorry on Ravensbank Drive on Wednesday, December 4.

In memory of the 22-year-old, who was expecting a child, friends have organised a balloon release at the Icknield Street Drive skatepark where Bradley was a regular.

Meeting at 7.30pm, they will go on to release LED balloons and lanterns into the sky half an hour later.

Those wanting to attend are urged to bring their own LED balloons or lanterns.

A Facebook page has been set up in memory of Bradley which you can visit here.

Bradley’s family say there will be a collection arranged soon to raise money for charities and Bradley’s child.

Organisers and friends of Bradley would like to pay a special tribute to the following people:

Bradley’s other half, Katy Suki.

Tyler Stansbridge for setting up the Facebook memorial page.

Paris Lloyd for arranging the balloon release.

Steve Rooke for opening up the skatepark to be used.

And his closest friends Matthew Littke, Tyler Stansbridge, Andrew Littke, Ricki Philips, Jack Owen, Katie Marie, Jordan Swingler, Bradley Swingler, Megan Jennings, Millie Bennet and many more.
