Time running out to vote on policing priorities in the Alcester North area

THE Alcester Police North Safer Neighbourhood Team’s Community Policing Priorities Poll covering and Henley areas has gone live.

Residents can vote on suggestions they would like to see set as a policing priority over an above the team’s usual police work for the next three months.

The three with the most votes will be chosen.

The options are:




Across the entire area:

Extra patrols to deter burglaries.


Patrols to deter vehicle crime.

Patrols to deter and detect fly-tipping in rural areas.

In Earlwood – patrols in the lakes area to deter and deal with any incidents.

In Henley Patrols around the park to deal with anti social behaviour.

In Studley – Speed checks on residential roads identified as causing concern.

In Studley – Patrols in the Pool Road / Marlborough Works area to deter anti social behaviour.

OFFICERS from the Alcester South Safer Neighbourhood Team will be running a ‘Police surgery’ on Wednesday, June 26 in Waitrose car park in Alcester from 5pm to 6pm.
