Thanks given to good samaritans who helped lady in Redditch when she took a tumble

A REDDITCH lady who took a tumble while doing her Christmas shopping is looking to find the good Samaritans who helped her so she can thank them properly.

On December 22, Hilary Tomlin, from Church Hill, was walking from Car Park 4 towards the Kingfisher Shopping Centre when she slipped and fell.

A couple rushed to help the 64-year-old, who had badly hurt her wrist – but due to the shock and pain she was in, Hilary was unable to thank them properly.

“They helped me up and took me into the shopping centre. They even sat with me until my husband arrived,” she said.

Hilary, who broke her wrist in the fall, is asking those who came to help her to get in touch via her email.

“I was in shock, but they were so good to me, I’d like to say a proper ‘thank you’ and let them know that I’m all right.”

If Hilary’s helpers would like to get in touch with her, they can do so by emailing [email protected]
