THIEVES in Studley have stolen a safe containing £1000 worth of cash.
Between 5pm on Sunday (May 21) and and 7.20am on Monday (May 22) the criminals broke into a commercial premises on Birmingham Road, Studley by pulling tiles off the roof.
Once inside they ransacked the building and took a safe containing around £1,000 in cash. They also searched the till points of the property, but found no more money.
The break-in is believed to be linked to another on the same evening where criminals entered another building on the same road.
In the second case, the burglers broke into another property at around 11.40pm, forcing a locked door open before methodically searching the place but leaving with nothing.
