POLICE are on the look out for a thief on a mobility scooter after he made off with a number of items without paying for them from a Studley supermarket on the Alcester Road.
The incident happened on Thursday, July 30.
On the same day at 1.20pm another man, this time on a red ‘Apollo’ bicycle, also shoplifted goods from an Alcester Road supermarket in the village.
He’s described as white, in his mid-40s, slim with short greying hair. He was wearing a blue Umbro top, black tracksuit bottoms with white stripes, and black trainers with white soles.
He was carrying a large blue carrier bag.
The Saturday before, July 25, at 8.45pm, two men carrying a red rucsack also helped themselves at one of the Alcester Road supermarkets.
Meanwhile thieves have targeted the sheds on the Redditch Road Allotments in Studley, breaking into 18 and stealing a number of tools.
Away from the village, a Land Rover Defender 4×4 parked by a property in Sambourne Lane was stripped of its door panels, bonnet, light clusters and spare wheel.
Two nearby containers were also broken into and itsm removed ready to be stolen before the thieves left the scene.
This incident was between 12 midnight and 6.45am on the morning of Thursday, July 30.
