NEW CLASSES helping residents learn aerial circus skills are on offer in Headless Cross.
The sessions run through CircusMASH happen at the former Methodist Church on Evesham Road on Thursday evenings at 5pm for children and 6pm for adults.
Liz Sifford, from CircusMASH, said: “Aerial silks are not only an amazing full body workout, but also have great benefits in confidence, body awareness and self discipline.
“Aerial circus is not just for those who have prior dance and gymnastics experience, but is achievable for anyone – even those afraid of heights.”
