REVEALED: The dates of this year's Redditch Santa Sleigh

Redditch Editorial 6th Dec, 2020   0

REDDITCH Round Table members have been busy brushing down the reindeers and readying the famous red suit as Santa plans to come to town this December!

The world’s largest men’s only voluntary club is inviting families across the town to see Santa from Thursday, December 10.

This year they will be doing things a little differently, due to Covid-19 restrictions, and they wanted to take this chance to remind everyone to give each other and Santa’s helpers space, wave from a safe distance and the tablers will not be collecting money physically during the sleigh routes.

This year the Redditch Round Table welcomes online donations, as well as text giving for them to continue raising funds to give back to the Redditch community.

To donate via the web visit: http://easydonate.org/REDDITCH

Or to donate £1, text REDDITCH to 70201 – to donate £3, text REDDITCH to 70331 – to donate £5, text REDDITCH to 70970 – to donate £10, text REDDITCH to 70191

Texts will be charged at donors’ standard network rate. For more see http://www.easydonate.org

Table chairman Paul Marsh said: “This year has been tough for a lot of people, and we just want to take Santa round to as many kids as we can!

“We are not going to be knocking doors and asking for donations this year, but if you do wish to give then we have the text lines and online options available.

“We really hope to see you all as we make our way around the town and we hope you all have a merry Christmas.”
