IT’S National Album Day this Saturday and Redditch vinyl specialists Vintage Trax will be joining the celebrations.
Now in its third year, this time round the celebration is concentrating on the perfect antidote to lockdown blues by toasting the music of the Eighties.
Ros Sidaway of Vintage Trax said: “We have dug deep to offer as many original 80s albums as possible and we’ll be offering ten per cent off them too.
“And we’re teaming up with the nearby Midlands Fancy Dress shop to run a competition for the Best Dressed Customer attired in 80s fashion, with a chance to win a £30 cash prize.”
The in-store event will run from 10.30am to 4.30pm and the store has recently relocated to Smallwood Passage off Church Green East.
