Redditch MP back on the road again with pop-up surgeries

Redditch Editorial 21st Sep, 2021   0

REDDITCH MP Rachel Maclean is going back on the road with a series of pop-up surgeries across the constituency this Friday, September 24.

The move, to make herself as accessible as possible to local people, follows the easing of lockdown restrictions.

She’ll be at Feckenham Village Hall, High Street, Feckenham, B96 6HN between 10am and 11.30am.

St Peter’s Hall, Church Lane, Inkberrow, WR7 4DZ between 12.15pm and 1.45pm.

Hanbury CE First School, School Road, Hanbury, B60 4BS between 4.15pm and 5pm.

The MP asks that if anyone wants a written answer from a government department on policy issues, that a written request is brought along also.

If constituents have pressing personal problems to discuss, they should also bring a long a brief written summary of the issue, including actions taken so far and those expected if known.

“As your MP I will always do what I can to help, and the most important way of doing that is by holding regular surgeries to make myself as accessible to you as possible,” said Mrs Maclean.

“No appointment is necessary at my pop-up surgery and I make sure that everyone who attends gets to see me. I look forward to seeing you.”

The MP plans to hold further surgeries in Redditch in the autumn.
