A REDDITCH man will appear in court this week after allegedly spitting at a police officer on Tuesday (June 30).
Guy Turner of Hewell Road, Redditch has been charged with assaulting an emergency worker and breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).
The 57-year-old has been remanded in police custody and will appear at Kidderminster Magistrates court tomorrow.
