IT’S A big year for Redditch Lions as they celebrate the 40th anniversary of their collections for Children in Need in Redditch.
And, undeterred by Covid-19, they’ll be back in the Kingfisher Shopping Centre on Friday, November 13, rattling their tins for the good cause.
Over their 40 years the Lions have collected more than £50,000 for the charity.
This time round they will be right in the heart of the shopping centre in Worcester Square by Humphries shoe shop. They’ll also be selling a collection of Children in Need goodies and as usual all funds raised will go to the big appeal.
