ROSIE Waine and Rosie Harvey have taken over as president of the Inner Wheel Club of Redditch.
The two take over from Kate Roberts who has presided over a host of fundraising initiatives for local and international charities, including collecting item for Redditch Foodbank, supporting the local dementia café and tending the garden at the Alexandra Hospital as well as helping lots of other charities.
Further afield the ladies have also sent donations to the tsunami victims of Indonesia, helped flood victims in Ethiopia and made up 26 shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child to be sent abroad plus made up countless blankets and other goods for International Aid.
The Redditch ladies are in District 6 in the overall Inner Wheel Club organisation and meet once a month for a meal and usually a guest speaker and to hear about and plan their next activities.
