TRINITY High School and Sixth Form Centre in Redditch has received the seal of approval from Ofsted after being rated ‘Good’ following an inspection earlier this month.

Ofsted praised both staff and pupils saying: “Your pupils are a great asset. They are proud of their school, and are polite and welcoming to visitors.

“They show great resilience in their learning, pushing teachers to provide clear explanations. They behave well in lessons.

“They value the warm relationships with their teachers and recognise that many teachers go the extra mile to support them.

“They behave very sensibly around the school site at break and lunchtimes.”

Ofsted also praised the progress made across a wide range of subjects at the school and said achievement on vocational courses was consistently above the national average.

Headteacher, Adrian Ward said: ‘We are absolutely delighted with such a positive report, which contains so much praise for the students and staff at the school.

“This is an excellent report which supports my view that the school is a very special place.

“The inspectors were able to see what I see every day; a fantastic group of young people who enjoy school, work hard and are supported by dedicated and enthusiastic staff.”
