A POSITIVE case of Covid-19 has been confirmed at St Augustine’s Catholic High School, which will not be closing.
The person identified is now self-isolating for 14 days in line with government guidance.
Dr Kathryn Cobain, Director for Public Health for Worcestershire said: “This case was quickly identified and the individual is now self-isolating.
“One close contact has been identified and traced, they are now self-isolating for 14 days in line with guidance and will continue to educate students learning through remote access.
“The school has followed guidance from Public Health and appropriate measures were in place to protect the school community.”
