HAVE you seen Sydney Fletcher?
The 49-year-old, who has connections to Redditch, is wanted by police for failing to appear at Warwickshire Magistrates Court following a string of vehicle offences.
He is white, around 5ft 7″ tall, of large build, brown eyes and has a distinctive scar to his right hand.
