Police discover class A drugs and a dagger after raiding Redditch flat

POLICE officers made four arrests after finding a large quantity of class A drugs in a Redditch house.

During the raid at 9am, on Wednesday, February 20, in a flat on Mount Pleasant Road, officers also found a large amount of cash, mobile phones and a sharp dagger.

A West Mercia Spokesperson said: “Two 17-year-old boys were arrested as well as a 28-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman, all for possession and suspicion of attempting to supply class A drugs.

“The four in question have been released but are still under investigation.”
