Police appeal to track down off-road bikers roaring around Church Hill

POLICE in Church Hill are appealing for any information on people tearing around the area on off-road motorbikes.

They say not only are they guilty of anti social behaviour but that ambulance crews are regularly called out to patch up the riders who have sustained serious injuries as a result of using the bikes illegally and without any protective clothing or a helmet.

“We are appealing for information on where these bikes are being stored and any identities of those riding them,” said a spokesperson.

“Please call 101 with any information or email [email protected] or if you want to provide information anonymously, contact the independent crime fighting charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”




Officers are also want information on when and where the bikes are being used as well as their make, model and colour.
