THE children of Pitcheroak Special School in Redditch will have something to celebrate after being presented with a day trip by Happy Days Children’s Charity.
Happy Days is a national charity that is helping local children with a variety of special needs with day trips and holidays.
And on Monday, January 28 the children from the Batchley school will be treated to a performance of Dick Whittington when the M&M Productions travelling theatre company pays them a visit.
Happy Days community fund-raiser, Suffia Shah, said: “We were able to support over 26,000 children and their families last year alone, but we couldn’t have done this without the amazing help of our volunteers and fundraisers.
“So we’d love to hear from anyone who would like to get involved and support our work.”
