PEELER the police dog was bearing egg-ceptional gifts when he visited the homes of youngsters in Redditch this week.
The four-legged friend was dropping in on the winners of West Mercia Police’s colouring competition.
The lucky winners were gifted an Easter egg each ahead of Easter Sunday.
Top cop inspector Lee Page, who joined Peeler, said: “It’s important to spread some cheer during difficult times.
“So many families are staying at home and saving lives.”
Coun Joe Baker (Greenlands) bumped into Peeler while out delivering food parcels
He said: “Keep up the good work Redditch police. You’re all doing amazing.”
