LESS than two years after choosing Redditch as its national hub, a fast growing eco-friendly packaging firm is moving to bigger premises with the aid of commercial property agents John Truslove.
Simply Eco Packaging is one of three parts of the NGW Group, formed in February 2019, and supplies biodegradable food packaging from trays, cutlery and cups to pizza boxes, sandwich bags and napkins.
Director Richard Walker said: “Our rapid growth means this is our third move in just two years.
“Working with the team at John Truslove has made things a breeze, they helped us find our last premises, on Thornhill Road but we soon needed even more space.”
The NGW has taken 3,864 sq ft on a five year lease at £22,950 per annum, at 83 Heming Road on the Washford Industrial Estate.
Mr Walker said: “Ian Parker and the team at John Truslove did a sterling job for us and we’ll certainly be talking to them when we need to expand again, in three to five years’ time.
“We now have 10 members of staff and are looking to recruit two more with the move to bigger premises.”
