After readings from Coun Bennett and Borough Council leader Matt Dormer, visitors headed to the town hall for refreshments.

Speaker: Mayor Roger Bennett.

Coun Bennett said: “It was a poignant day and I was thrilled to be joined by other mayors from across the region.

“There was also a fantastic parade by Redditch Sea Cadets.

“Thank you everyone for coming.”
