A MAN was stabbed in Redditch town centre this afternoon, Wednesday, January 26.
West Midlands Ambulance service attended the incident.
A spokesperson said: “We were called to reports of a patient who had been stabbed on Bates Hill, Redditch at 2.27pm.
“One ambulance, two paramedic officers, a BASICS doctor and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Strensham attended the scene.
“On arrival we discovered one patient, a man, who was treated for serious injuries before being taken to hospital by land ambulance.
“The air crew travelled with the patient to help continue treatment en route to hospital.”
