A 41-year-old man has been charged following a house fire in Redditch.
Emergency services were called to the property on Felton Close just after 7pm on Wednesday 20 July.
Gary Horgan, of Felton Close, Redditch has been charged with arson with intent to endanger life, arson being reckless as to whether life was endangered and possession of cannabis.
He has been remanded to police custody and will attend Worcester Crown on 22nd August.
Police enquiries are continuing.
