OFFICERS from Redditch Police Safer Neighbourhood Team arrested a man found carrying a knife during a stop and search yesterday (September 7).
They said in a Facebook post: “Officers from SNT have been out today targeting people who we believe to be involved in supply of drugs.
“A male was stopped and found to be carrying a knife and is now in police custody.
“There is still lots of work still to be done to understand why youth feel need to carry a weapon of this nature on them.”
