Lockdown art fair offers chance to exhibit months of hard work

Redditch Editorial 27th Aug, 2020   0

A LOCKDOWN art fair is to be held on the village green in Inkberrow this Bank Holiday Monday.

Featuring 14 talented artists it’s combined with a raffle in aid of the WI Centenary Tree project and an art and photographic competition with the horticultural club.

Organised by Stella Harris, who’s husband John has sold paintings across the world, everyone is invited to come along and browse and maybe buy some of the art on show.

“We have recruited 14 Inkberrow artists – amateurs, professionals, students, beginners – a village green-full. We can’t take any more!” said Stella.

“Nothing is provided, just do your own thing and respect social distancing rules.”

The event is scheduled to run from 10am to 6pm but timings are flexible and dependent on the weather.
