ALCESTER Country Market’s members have been busy knitting and crocheting poppies in support of The Royal British Legion’s Alcester branch.
The handmade poppies will be available from the market tomorrow (Friday, November 10), and on Satruday and the stall can be found at 37 High Street Alcester, by Superdrug.
Money raised from the poppy sales will go to support the Poppy Appeal – the Royal British Legion’s biggest fundraising campaign held every year to remember the servicemen and women killed in conflict.
