A GENEROUS Scout has been busy fund-raising for charities close to his heart.
Jay Robins, a member of the 11th Redditch Kestrel group, organised a coffee morning, raffle and table top sale which raised more than £300 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
On the same day, he had volunteers running a table top sale to help raise money for Parkinson’s UK and he completed a sponsored seven-mile hike earlier in the year for children’s charities.
Alison Calcutt said: “As Jay’s leader I have a feeling this is not going to be the last of his fund-raising events.”
