Gardeners take to the road to discover the delights of Moreton Hall

Redditch Editorial 25th Aug, 2018   0

A TRIP to the glories of Morton Hall Gardens is on the agenda for members of Alcester Gardening Club.

The gardens lie between Redditch and Inkberrow at Holberrow Green and feature a wealth of attractions framed between the Malvern and Bredon Hills.

The trip on September 6 costs £10 per head, including afternoon tea.

The club’s speaker in October will be Andy Pedrick, from Harvington, who will talk on ‘unusual climbers’. His address comes in the wake of the August speaker Timothy Walker who spoke about the 21st century garden.

To discover more about all things horticultural, join the club by calling the secretary on 01789 765105 or emailing [email protected] .

Meetings are in the Centre, Jubilee Court, accessed via Lea Close in Alcester and are usually on the first Thursday of the month.
