IT’S the famous Studley Flower Show this Saturday, September 1, a community event which regularly raises more than £1,000 for local good causes.
Once again it is being held at Studley Sports and Social Club off Eldorado Close and despite this summer’s blistering weather, some fine produce is promised.
Look out for stunning fruit and vegetable, preserves, cakes, flower displays and much more.
Not only that but alongside the produce competition and auction there will be a tombola plus the grand raffle with loads of prizes donated by local businesses and supporters, with a first prize of £100 in cash.
There will also be plenty of attractions for childrens and hotdogs and burgers will be available.
The bar will also be serving.
The doors open for entrants at 10am, and are open for all at 12.30pm with the grand auction expected to start around 3pm.
