A FAMOUS Marvel actor will be heading to the Kingfisher Centre next week to meet and greet fans and help launch a new pop-up fitness shop.
Zara Pythian who plays Brunette Zealot in DR Strange will be at the new GymBeing pop-up shop, next to Pure Gym, on October 25 from 1pm.
GymBeing owner Gavin Townsend said: “It’s a great opportunity to showcase a brand I started from scratch after the London Olympics back in 2012 in my hometown of Redditch!
“I can’t wait for Zara, who is a world record holder, world class martial arts expert and actor to help us out on the day.”
The shop will selling sports nutrition, gym wear, sports wear and further accessories.
There will also be a prize raffle with over £1,500 worth of goods available to be won.
Fitness fanatic Gavin says he’s likely to invite more stars to Redditch in the future.
“I think it’s important to make sure there’s an interest in our town and to keep the public interested with fun things to do and see.”
GymBeing will be open at 14 Kingfisher, every day, from 12pm-6pm.
