THE Redditch-based Shaun Paul Smith Dance Academy are putting on a show at the Palace Theatre.
East Side Story is their own hip hop twist on the classic musical ‘West Side Story’.
And it promises to be hugely energetic and entertaining affair that all the family can thoroughly enjoy, while marvelling at some of the very best street dance talent Redditch has to offer.
With laughter, love, tears and betrayal it’s a tale topped off with a fantastic soundtrack to have the audience dancing in the aisles.
The dance academy was founded by choreographer, Shaun Paul Smith and offers exceptional creative training whilst installing confidence in our youth while forging a strong community like no other.
Shaun’s choreography credits include The Voice UK, CBeebies, and he is the current choreographer for ‘Kidz Bop UK’.
The show is on Friday, May 27 at 7pm, and Saturday, May 28 at 2pm and 6pm.
