TALES of a roaming racer will be published online.
Veteran runner Doug Richards, who has taken part in events in many remote parts of the plant, has written an e-book about his experiences.
The Winyates Green resident said: “Like so many people, I got to my mid-30s and decided I needed to do something about my declining fitness levels, so I decided to go for a one-mile run.
“I would never have believed what that run would lead to. I have had so many amazing adventures and made so many friends around the world.”
