A MOTORCYCLIST has died after an accident on Redditch Road in Ullenhall near Henley in Arden.
The incident happened at about 12.30pm on Sunday afternoon, June 30.
Two ambulances, a paramedic officer and a emergency doctor were sent to the scene.
An ambulance service spokesman said: “On arrival, ambulance staff found members of the public, including an off-duty doctor assisting the rider.
“Ambulance staff provided advanced life support, but sadly it wasn’t possible to save the man and he was confirmed dead at the scene.”
The fatality was the second involving a motorcyclist that day.
Earlier, at about 11.40am, paramedics had attended an incident in Hereforshire on the A438 at Hollybush near Ledbury after a collision between a car and a motorcycle.
The WMAS spokesman said: “Ambulance staff found members of the public carrying out basic life support on the rider.
“They immediately took over and provided advanced life support, but sadly it wasn’t possible to save him and he was confirmed dead at the scene.”
