AGE UK Bromsgrove, Redditch & Wyre Forest will be in Evesham Square by Primark in the Kingfisher Shopping Centre this Thursday, July 26, 2018.

Staff will be available from 9.30am to 3pm to talk to members of the community about the support, services and activities that it provides locally in Redditch, including its new ‘At Home’ service.

Age UK Bromsgrove, Redditch & Wyre Forest has linked together its Help at Home, Handy Person, Gardener, Foot Care, Befriending and Care Call services to form a new, person centred and integrated range of ‘At Home’ services for the North Worcestershire community.

Speaking about the new service, Sam Jones, Age UK BRWF’s At Home Manager said: “At Home with Age UK Bromsgrove, Redditch & Wyre Forest is ideal for anyone who just needs an extra hand to make life easier.

“We offer a flexible service working around your needs so you can choose how much, and the type of support you would like – whether it is a couple of hours to get the house tidied or a little longer to accompany you to a medical appointment.

“We are a small, friendly team who understand the importance of a familiar face and somebody that you can trust in your home. I would encourage anybody that might be interested, for either themselves or a family member, to come along and talk to us on the 26th to find out how we can help.”
