REDDITCH-based EDR Developments Ltd has purchased a site at 35 Enfield Industrial Estate in Redditch to build more industrial units.
Bought on a speculative basis and ranging from 3,500 sq ft to 12,000 sq ft, the deal was sealed by Redditch property agents John Truslove.
A planning application for the site is currently under consideration by Redditch Borough Council.
Ian Parker, joint managing director of John Truslove, acted for Hanson UK in the sale of the 0.58 acre site which was a former concrete batching plant.
“With industrial space in north east Worcestershire at a premium and very much in demand by investors and occupiers alike, this is a very good deal for EDR Developments,” said Mr Parker.
“Despite the issues caused by the pandemic, EDR and John Truslove have continued to create deals and do business in a marketplace where there are still many opportunities.”
Redditch-based chartered surveyors and valuers John Truslove was recently named Most Active Agent in Worcestershire in the Radius Data Exchange survey produced in conjunction with EG, the commercial property market magazine.
Mr Parker was also named Worcestershire Dealmaker of the Year and Warwickshire Dealmaker of the Year for 2020.
