Cricket star opens new HQ for expanding Redditch firm Unilite

LOCAL LED Lighting manufacturer Unilite have made a trailblazing start to 2018 with the opening of their new international headquarters on Winyates Way.

The new facilities, named The LAB, house the company’s product design and development team and is the result of years of growth, with the business now selling into 25 countries worldwide.

The facility will help support future growth for the company and provide jobs for an ever-increasing workforce.

To mark the opening Unilite held an opening party a week last Thursday, March 1 where 1st XI coach oat Warwickshire Cricket Club, Jim Troughton and guests braved the snows of Storm Emma to attend.




Troughton duly cut the ceremonial ribbon to declare the building officially open and following this Unilite directors Alex Insley and Laura Evans handed a cheque for £750 to Barrie Hodge of St Basils, the charity for youth homelessness.
