A PUBLIC meeting on plans for the A435 scheduled for this coming Monday, May 20, has been cancelled.
The meeting, at Mappleborough Green Primary School, was to be addressed by a Highways Officer from Warwickshire County Council who was expected to talk on the impact on the road of the Redditch Eastern Gateway and on any plans to address this.
However, Warwickshire County Council has now cancelled to meeting citing the period of political purdah in the run up to the European Elections on May 23.
The authority has assured organisers that it will be re-arranged at a date to be confirmed.
