Could you help keep our refugees snug this winter?

Redditch Editorial 6th Oct, 2017   0

AS the autumn draws in, Bromsgrove and Redditch Welcomes Refugees is asking people to think of others during the colder months.

This winter they can make a difference to refugees in need by making and donating ‘Keep people SNUG’ packs, consisting of :

Socks (three pairs of warm socks)

Neckwear (a cosy scarf)

Underwear (three pairs of new underwear)

Gloves (one pair of winter gloves)

People should cut off tags and place items in a large sandwich or freezer bag, with a label indicating the size of the clothes inside and whether they are for men, women or gender neutral.

The packs can be delivered to The Bridge Church on Evesham Road between 2pm and 5pm on Saturday.

People in Motion, a charity based in Malvern, will collect the items and deliver them to people fleeing war and civil unrest.
