Cherry Trees' residents in Alcester celebrate after having both Covid-19 jabs

ALL staff and residents at Cherry Trees care home in Alcester have received both doses of their Covid-19 vaccinations.

General manager Debbie Osborne said it was a ‘huge step forward’ in getting back to normality.

“Now that everyone in the home has had both doses, we can start to work towards getting life in the home back to a new normal,” she said.

“But we know there is a lot of work to do in order to get there.”

Cherry Trees employee Anette White said: “There is such a sense of relief. We are all so pleased to have had both doses of the vaccine because it will help keep our residents safe.”

The Stratford Road care home is currently welcoming new residents to the home.
